Hey, i bought a brand new Moto G4. Everything went fine untill i plugged my Headset (Hyperx Cloud 2) and things started to get "bizarre".
The audio works perfectly as long as my phone is still, if im carrying it in my pocket or something like that, its almost impossible to have audio on the headset because it keeps losing connection with the phone.
My Cloud 2 works perfectly on my old Lg G3, an Iphone SE and PC, so they are not the problem.
Also, i plugged some cheaper earphones into the G4 and somehow, they work perfectly fine.
Im thinking on getting a jack splitter because im almost sure that the problem is the Cloud 2 Jack not fitting right but im not sure if it will work. What do you guys think?
I hope this doesnt end being to difficult to read/understand, english is not my first language.

Welcome to Android Central! Sometimes headphone plugs can be a pretty tight fit. Make sure it's pushed all the way in--you should feel or hear it click into place.
