Why Can't I Find com.facebook.appmanager?

I have a Galaxy S7 and recently deleted 2 facebook files needed for the Samsung Gear VR and the Oculus app to work. I've read that the files need to be enabled again, but when I go into the Applications settings, and I even show the system applications as well, they are nowhere to be found. Is there a way to get them again, as in downloading? I don't know how to fix it. The files were com.facebook.appmanager and com.facebook.system

Did you figure out how to solve this? I have the same problem... I deleted the services thinking they would be reinstalled with the Facebook app. All caused due to oculus updates not working. For what it's worth the Facebook services were enabled to start with, but I suspect they have been renamed and oculus is out of sync maybe!?
