Contact syncing can be strange. Many factors are involved. First, are you talking about Outlook, the email program? If so, then who provides your email feed-in? If you are talking about importing your contacts in your Outlook.com, just Google how to...it has been done. On our Android phones, when you enter a contact, have you been choosing Phone or Gmail? If you have been choosing Phone, then you have to export a file, which can be imported into another Mail entity. If you have been choosing Gmail ( my preference), it can be easier to import/export/sync to another Mail source either by import/export or by logging on to Gmail on a computer and set up syncing. Provide more information about your email setup.
