Yesterday I bought a brand new Doogee X5 phone with Android 5.1 installed on it and it cannot connect to my home Wi-Fi network. I've tried connecting with other devices to check if the problem might be with my router, but other phones and laptops connect easily.
Also, I've been able to connect to other networks with the Doogee - my neighbours', in coffee shops, etc. They all work perfectly fine, except for the one at my house.
I've tried turning the phone off and on again, turning the airplane mode on and off, resetting the phone to factory settings, but none of that worked.
Has anyone got any idea what to do? This has been driving me absolutely crazy!
