Locked myself out and MDM wont allow reset... help

[AC Question]

Im trying to reset my phone as ive locked myself out of it and i cant remember the password. Ive trued to factory reset and every time i do it says 'MDM wont allow factory reset' how do i get back onto my phone? Anybody?

MDM indicates to me that it's registered to your company's management server. I would suggest you find out from your IT support if they have a way to help you with your issue.

Hi,

The device is managed by the company through MDM, so if you forgot your password, ask IT, admin, to change the password through MDM. And you don't need to do factory reset.
