my second mobile handset doesn't work

i got my new mobile Huawei GR5 and it second handset doesn't work and i donno what to do plz if anyone got this mobile tell me what to do

Hello. Did you return another one and this one is new. What's not working.
Have you contacted the supplier ot your carrier / network.

What was the problem with both, and where did you buy them and maybe someone can advise.

The Huawei GR5 in Canada is the Honor 5X with less ram. There is a Honor 5X forum here for owners.

I'm guessing that the OP is expecting both grilles to house speakers. I believe only one of those grilles houses a speaker, much like the Nexus 5. So if you're only hearing sound out of one of the grilles, that's normal--it's a mono speaker, as described in this review: http://www.manilashaker.com/huawei-gr5-full-review-best-premium-budget-philippines/ --"On the bottom, only one speaker grill is for the loudspeaker. The other grill is for symmetry."
