Everytime i turn on my mobile data, my gps will turn on by itself and its draining my battery

Im using an Honor 3c android phone. This just happened 2 days ago and I've tried almost everything but it keeps on turning on by itself.

Anyone can help me?

Does your location actually turn on and you have to manually turn it back off, or does the icon just turn on momentarily then goes away?

First thing first, I'd wipe system cache via recovery then wipe app cache. If it's turning on momentary, it probably some app that you have granted permission to location services. It turns it on to grab your location then turns it back off.

I have this problem too and it's extremely annoying. I have a Fairphone 1 and it started after I updated to the alpha 4.4 build, but even after I reverted back to the stable 4.2 it still happens. Whenever it connects to mobile data the gps turns on. Even if it was set to Batter Saving Mode it changes to Device Mode, and there are apparently no apps requesting location.
