Why wont my phone turn on

[AC Question]

Somebody please help. I bought a BLU vivo air LTE abut three weeks ago and yesterday it died..went to zero. I plugged it into a wall outlet and It flashed the charging light but it wouldn't turn on I plugged it out but the charger light stayed on..so I plugged it in overnight and still nothing is coming on and the charging light I still there.not flashing just on like if it's plugged in.... help me please

If it went to zero rapidly, something may have failed, including the battery. How did it go to zero?

It was regular use. battery was low continued using cuz I had some serious work to do then it died.... regular power down. then red light when I plug it in.
