Won't Allow me to add any account information at all

[AC Question]

So i recently got an android GoTab tablet, and it has caused me nothing but problems.
How do i fix the "cannot connect to google servers" error?
I've tried just about everything i can find online, restarted it, tried going through chrome to do it but absolutely nothing is working
please help

According to my search, this device seems to be out dated and /or even second or third hand. If this is the case, That could be the reason for the issues. If you have tried a hard reset without success, I would hope that whom ever you purchased this device from has a return policy..
