[AC Question]

After upgrading from a Sony Z3 compact, to a Sony Z5 compact, I am having issues with the sound through bluetooth. I use it to listen to music in my car, which works fine, but before, when I got a new email or text, the notification sound would be played over the car speakers. Now with the new phone, it just interupts the music with a second or two of silence.
How can I fix this? The bluetooth volume is turned up, I have done nothing different from my old phone, where it was working.

Does the phone give off the notification sound? What version of Android does your device have?

When not using bluetooth, the notification sounds work fine. I have just done a test, and it seems the notification sounds are actually played in the car, just at an extremely low volume, even though I have turned up the sound.
The phone is running Android 6.0.1
