Why does Google Keyboard keep closing?

iI am using a rooted OPX, and recently I have installed CM13 again, since I deleted my OS. So I installed CM 13 plus GApps. But the issue is with Google Keyboard. The Keyboard itself works, but whenever I try entering into the keyboard settings, immediately it closes, so I cannot set it up. Ány solution?
