To remove the headphone icon from notification bar

[AC Question]

There is no headset connected to my phone and also the phone is showing the icon
I don't know how to remove it but when I put jack of headphones in my phone the icon disappears and therefore no headphones is working and voice is only coming from my phone
Please help

Maybe try booting into recovery and wiping system cache.

You could also try cleaning the port. Power the device off, remove battery if possible. Using a dropper and rubbing alcohol apply a small amount to the port and push a headphone jack in and out a few times. The alcohol will dry up quiet quickly. (I'd suggest 90% rubbing alcohol and remember, a small drop or two on the port sides)
