How do I find rogue IFTTT recipes running on my phone

Some time ago, I experimented with a number of IFTTT apps. I've since deleted those apps - I can't remember all the ones I used - but I have one behavior on my phone which I believe is left over. At 8.30 in the evening, my phone switches to Do Not Disturb until 6 am.

I can't see another way that this behaviour could be set and I can't find a way to turn it off.

All thoughts appreciated.

Hi Scott and welcome to AC - what device do you have? you might have "do not disturb" enabled on the phone, have a look in settings, under notifications - that might be where the "DND" is hiding.
