Battery remaining is fluctuating dramatically

[AC Question]

Battery drained to 0% overnight. Fully charged to 100% next morning...after making a few short calls/texts...remaining battery said 3min46s...then continued to drop although the charge% was still in the 90%. Left unplugged last night, this morning said 9 hr 38m 11s left? Now back to 11s and then as it sits 1min 34...very erratic...what is real here?

Hi, what device do you have? is this the first time this has happened? can you replace the battery in the phone, as it might be time for a new one?
