It's never good to abruptly interrupt a firmware update that's in process--that can brick the phone. See if you can boot into Recovery, and either wipe the cache or do a factory reset:
https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095. Another possibility is to boot into Download Mode and see if you can reflash the firmware using Odin:
