Get an error message when trying to connect my notebook to my amped sr10000 using pin.

When I select the amped network and it asks for the pin number on the plate on the extender I get an message saying that my connection was unsuccessful.

Are you certain you're entering the correct password? Is there an "L" that looks like an "I", or an "O" that looks like a "0" (zero) in the password? I don't use an extender, but many times non-access is simply caused by inputting the wrong password.
