why is trusted place not working properly

[AC Question]

I'm not sure whats going on , I THINK ( but not sure ) that after a factory reset the phone has issues with trusted places ( Home ) before the reset i would have to input my pin from time to time but generally it was fine but now it's driving me crazy. I cant see any difference ( not to say there is none ) yet it reverts back to asking for my pin way to often , I check the location in google maps and it fine but in the trusted places setting to roams a little within the blue dot circle more than I've ever noticed. and this can happen many time in one even if i dont go out .

please please please HELP
