Android download problem

I have a 32gb SD card but the UC browser shows insufficient space when I try to download a 7gb file

Check Settings > Storage just to verify that you do in fact have storage space on your card. if you have not formated the card or altered the card as to assign partitions.. then you may have to format/erase the card once again. Unmount the card after formating, then remount as to allow the system to verify the card can be used.
