I have an HTC 6435LVW cell phone. I connected it to my iMac but Manager didn't automatically open as it used to. It offered an update which I did.
Sync manager still insists there is no phone connected. Have changed wires. Have made sure phone is on.
Am at a loss and need to upload vacation photos!
