Unless your device has duel SD card slot, you'll have to load/extract all of the data from one card, save to your computer then send to your new larger SD card. However and be advised that if the SD card is an incorrect match, you may see an error. The same holds true if you do not format the new card upon mounting.

Assuming the old card is formatted as a normal SD card and not as "adaptable storage", the easiest way is to use a card reader on your computer.
Copy the folders from the old card to your computer's hard drive.
Copy the folders from the hard drive to the new card.
