How to install Remix OS on a PC with no OS?

Any ideas how you would install Remix OS on a small PC (just a box that had all the PC parts inside) that didn't have any OS. I know that you can get them fairly cheaply, but is it possible. Also, would there be any requirements for the PC?

Recommended system requirements

2 GHz dual core processor or better
2 GB system memory
Minimum 8 GB of free hard drive space
Internet access is helpful

NOTE: Currently, installation tool only supports Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10, with a minimum capacity of 8GB. Other system users, please install on USB flash drive.

You'll need the OS's listed above installed on the PC. No OS present and installation will not proceed. It would be good to take time to read the FAQS HERE.
