AC Question
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Bell Canada. The phone has been restarted; powered off then on; SIM card removed; settings changed to make sure that the "call forwarding/always forward" is disabled; the ringer is always on its highest setting (and I have gone through the "notification" settings to make sure of that)
I have one contact, that no matter what I try to do their calls always go straight to voice mail, not even a ring and when I view the call log there is no evidence that they even called me or left a voice mail, even if they have. This person is not on my auto reject list (and never was), they have not switched providers or phone numbers. I am at a complete loss, and thought I would reach out for some help. Thanks in advance!
