How do i find trash bin on lgv5880 cell phone?

Please help i need to delete an app on my cell phone lg vista and don't know how to do this and then need to empty all the deleted items so i can free up space!!!

There is no recycle bin a la Windows. When you remove something from your phone, it's GONE. To remove an app, find it in your app drawer, long-press it like you're going to put it on your home screen and then drag to the top. At the top you'll either see app info or remove, or both. You could choose remove right there, or you could go to app info. In app info, you can clear the data from the app (which should go when it's removed anyway) then uninstall the app. There should be no need to do any further cleanup at that point.

And if you don't have enough free space after deleting all the apps and media files you've backed up to another device (which you should have done as you got them - there's no space left on a phone that's been run over, and no data to recover), and there's nothing else to remove, you're out of luck.
