reset aftermath problems

[AC Question]

I reset my alcatel onetouch fierce xl and now it only goes to "wifi connection",so I connect with the nearest wifi network only to get a "couldn't connect to the internet", and it won't go or do anything else. Somebody please help,i'm ready to slam this thing on the ground!!!

Hi, make sure you are close to the WiFi router - make sure no other device is connected to it and try again. You need to have a strong and stable connection in order to complete the process.
