Problems with SD

I format my 16gb sd as internal storage so I can install apps in it, but when I try to transfer music i cant, it tells me that i dont have the required space, thats because it only "sees" my real internal storage of 4gb. What can I do?

Q: How or where did you format the SD card?. In the smart phone or in your computer?. was the SD card mounted correctly?.. or did you just install it without using the proper protocol?. In nay case, and what ever you have done, the SD card maybe corrupted.

Enter the system command mode (cmd) and run the chkdsk command on the card while it's installed within a SD card reader. This chkdsk operation can scan the card and correct (if any) corruptions or errors.
