Unfortunately settings has been stopped

[AC Question]

Hello,
I have new car with multimedia, I have connected my note 4 phone via bluthooth, and I can't open the settings of the paired device (multimedia u-1001) I get the error "unfortunately settings has been stopped"
*I need to open the settings cause I want to give access to my contacts
Please help!
