My galaxy s7 keeps saying I Have overlay what is that and how do I fix it

I tried to put pictures on face book or trying to get my meds through my pharmacy keeps popping up overlay or overlap. I WANT THIS BACK THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE.NEED ASAP PLEASE

Go to Settings > Applications > Application Manager > More (top right) > Apps that can appear on top
From there you can select which apps to allow to appear over other apps that you are using.
