Have a zte max 2 go phone, cannot get rid of the drive mode

[AC Question]

I can be calling someone, and it just pops up on my screen and then I loose my call
It will not let you do anything when it is on. I keep shutting it off, it does't work, On settings I have closed it and it still keeps coming back. I hate this drive mode. can we delete it completely from the phone or what can we do. I was on turnpike and had
to call 911 and it would not let me cause It was in drive mode. Please help
