Why is My Ringtone App Connected to My Music Library?

I use Ringtone Maker to make personal ringtones from my music library on Google Music. Everytime I delete a song from the ringtone app, it also deletes it from my library. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

The tune is probably stored in the actual app maybe. Contact the app people and they may be able to help you with that...

It's as Tim says, the audio file is in your app data file. Your music app sees this file and as it is an audio file shows it. Your music app shows a view of music in different locations on your device
