Problems mobile depositing multiple checks with my Samsung 7S Edge?

I can mobile deposit one check perfectly. When I try to deposit a 2nd one, it says my camera isn't connected. If I restart my phone it will work just fine for 1 check...every time but only with 1 check. I've updated my phone whenever it's required. I've updated the bank app also. I've tried uninstalling the bank app and reinstalling the bank app. I've emptied the camera cache. When I log off the bank app and open the camera app, the phone is just a black screen. The app worked without any problems with my Samsung 5S. Any ideas?
