I had to set S Health to factory settings and delete updates because it didn't count steps. After I reopened the application, all my previous information disappeared, so I re-logged to my Samsung account and it started to synchronize. However, after the synchronization finished, nothing changed: my previous step numbers and pulse values are still missing. What should I do now? Are there any other ways get my data back? Thanks in advance.
