New Note 7 but no software update

[AC Question]

I picked up my replacement AT&T Note 7 on the 21st but still have not received the latest software update. When I check, it says that I am running the latest version but my battery is still grey and not green.

Welcome to the forums. I would give it some more time. Updates roll out in batches, and yours probably wasn't among the first few.
