How do I fix a video on my note 4 that won't play?

I was recorded a video probably 45 mins but then my phone turned off due to battery life and i didnt get to stop it. After i charged my phone and wanted to watch it, it shows a black screen with a video symbol with a exclamation point, and it won't play. please anybody how do i fix this problem!!!! i just wanna be able to watch the video on my phone or laptop. cause i tried viewing it through my laptop but on my laptop it shows that the size is 00:00:00.

Sounds like it never got save as your battery expired

The exclamation point means that the file is corrupt. (It could, as Pugs said, not be there at all. The file name isn't the file.)
