after changing the password the contacts disapear

Go to Google Contacts. If they're there, sync the phone. If not, click More, then there's an option to restore deleted contacts - restore them - THEN sync the phone. (This only works for Google contacts - Device, Phone and SIM contacts don't save to Google Contacts - which is why ALL contacts should be entered as Google contacts.)
