Deleting music philes from phone that r stored to cloud apps

Ive a samsung note 4 and i would like to know please if i delete music files of my phone that are allso stored in cloud apps will i still be able to play them when i want too.thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! That probably depends on the music app you're using. The stock music app usually can't play music files from the cloud--you'd have to download the music files locally, then play them.

I find Google Play Music to work very well. You can upload your entire music library to your Google Play Music in the cloud, and stream it from any device where you're logged into Google. You can also temporarily download your music for offline play.
