I accessed a VPN and now my Wi-Fi won't connect in that certain roo.

I accessed a VPN and as soon as I disconnected from that VPN, all Wi-Fi access was cut off. Please please help me, how do I solve this or can it not be solved?
If I get a new phone can I access the internet there?
