Cannot make calls, but Messaging and Data works.

My phone is a XiaoMi Mi4. I recently brought it home from a battery repair. My phone detects the SIM Card and I can use Messaging and Data properly. The IMEI numbers in settings are present and do not seem to be greyed out. In the Mobile Networks page, there is no listed enabled SIM Card that is used to Dial/Call, but my SIM Card is enabled for Internet.

What can I do?

This is usually a sign of it being blacklisted. Can you check here? Check IMEI number / ESN - free checker IMEIpro.info

Hello again, I have an update. I realised that the error only shows up when I call a contact via my Contact list. If I dialled the number on the dialpad manually, the phone will call the person as usual. I can also receive calls.

OK could you set up a new contact and see if that works? ie you do not have to use the keypad
