    You'll have to go beyond the "My Files" folder and check your sub folders (e.g. videos, music, images etc.) for items that are accounting for used storage. Things like pictures, video or audio files can quickly accumulate and use up storage space. If this is the case, you may want to consider getting a microSD card for your device and then offload those items to it. Or you can consider using a free cloud service like Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox to store those items to.

    Alertnatively, you might also want to review the apps on your device and uninstall ones that you don't typically use to free up even more space.
