I can't get my phone back.

I have recently installed alliance custom ROM and it didn't work to well so i factory reset and cleared cache and tried to get my original OS back but my phone cant seem to connect with my PC as i plug it in i hear the noise put cant open my phone file on my PC I've tried driver updates I've tried everything possible and i cant get anything. I'm using TWRP and i have a note 4 N910P
