Recently I ROOTED and ROM'd my phone. Using a normal root method and i tried several different ROMS. Now whilst trying a dozen different software for the phone somewhere my battery went crazy with all the reboots into recovery i guess or something. At the time im typing this my battery was 20% and i tapped the power button it's at 19%. Here's the kicker. The phone is powered OFF. Is it possible i downloaded a dirty ROM and it's hijacked my phone into running even when powered off? It wasn't a gradual thing that you'd normally expect from an aging battery it went from full charge in under an hour and a half to only doing about 1% every 12 minutes.
Yes i timed it for a true average.
Did a quick powering on of my phone and as the main screen loaded it said 56% and then shot to 20%. Powered off it says 16%. What gives?!?
Any help or assistance is greatly appreciated. I've posted this issue on several several forums and i never get any replies or assistance.
