    I've been noticing activity in my history with these two items, which I believe to be part of the phone app, but I've also seen them used with the same time stamp.

    The short answer:

    InCallUI is the User Interface (UI) you see on the screen when the phone is in a voice call.

    Server.Telcom is the code library the device uses to talk to the carrier's network for making and receiving calls.

    Thank yall very much. I believe i understand it , bssically the incallui only shows up on google activity if i was already in the middle of a phone call. In short incallui, informs you that you have call waiting. Lol.
