Why GPSD can't be kill down?

I'm using Samsung Note 3 Neo and had updated to android version lollipop for about a months ago, everything is fine up until I downloaded one games and play for few days. I discovered the battery is running so fast, so I had uninstalled the games and clear anything I can as soon as possible, but it still draining my battery. I went to see my battery status and it shows GPSD is the cause! I had search online and try everything mentioned by other people, such as turn off location, kills apps, install battery saver apps, even uninstall the Google Play Services and Google Play to its factory version, but had updated back, and try anything I can, but it still show it kills my battery, anything I still can do other than do factory reset?
