Why does no one know exactly what om customise is?

Iv searched multiple websites and forums and am yet to get a definitive answer as to what om customise is, its used over a gb of data and 12% battery life. Im surprised that dispite many others asking the same question there is still no answer. Could someone please inform us of what it is and what it does?

The word "customize" seems to indicate that you're not running the stock OS, so you'd have to contact the author. (Any program can show any text for anything - it's just text that the author types in while developing the app. If there's no network, for instance, the error message could be "Sorry, I can't find myself." [I've been writing software for over 40 years, and try to make error messages useful, but a lot of people - including large companies - don't.])
