Why My Note 4 Pin Lock Screen Doesn't Work?

I changed my lockscreen to PIN mode but the lockscreen is still in Swipe Mode.. But in the setting it is set in PIN Mode, when i want to change it, it asks for Confirm Pin and my PIN doesn't work and keep saying try again.. Pls help..

You could try Clear Credentials in Settings, Security.
Get back to us if no go.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. However, the Clear Credentials in Settings, Security is greyed out and I can't do anything. Please help. Thanks.
