Where did you buy it from and how did you pay for it? If you bought it on-line, then it couldn't have been a cash transaction. There may be a way to get a refund from the seller.

Belodion and Nahoku said it all, this security measure can't be bypassed and you need to get the previous owner's credentials or return the device.
