Software update wont go away and reboots my phone everyday

I have a software update that popped up i clicked on it and everytime my phone boots up that is still popping up in my notifications how do i get rid of it cause it reboots my phone everyday and wont go away

Download and install it, unless you believe it's false. By all means post a screenshot of it.

If it's an Android version update, it can take quite a while to download and install - just tapping on it isn't going to immediately download and install it. Turn the phone on and let it finish installing. (Plug in the charger - if the phone runs out of battery in the middle of an update, it can brick the phone - they still haven't gotten around to changing that.)
