I have a Droid Turbo from Verizon and have the motoemail for yahoo installed, but the icon is no longer available to click on. Also, every time I get an email, it says can't connect. I click on that and it says ID and password don't match. How do I fix this?
Welcome to Android Central! Open your App Drawer--do you see Moto Email there? If so, long-press it, then drag the shortcut back to the homescreen.
Regarding the connection issue--is the phone otherwise connecting to the web successfully (e.g., the browser and other apps)? If so, then open the Moto Email app, tap Menu>Settings, and remove the Yahoo account, then add it back again. If that doesn't work, then go to your Yahoo account's security settings on the web, and make sure you haven't turned on their new security setting that prevents older 3rd party apps from accessing your Yahoo account: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN27791.html
