How to get my lollipop software back and uninstall d new software

I have a Samsung galaxy On7 . I recently updated my software without knowing that its marshmallow. The previous software was lollipop. I want back lollipop. How can I uninstall it?? Please I need dat lollipop software back but I dnt know how to remove marshmallow from my cell.

How comfortable are you flashing your phone? You need to be sure you have a backup of everything you need. The SamMobile site is a start to look for official firmware.

And you'll have to at least root the Lollipop ROM, or it'll eventually update to Marshmallow again. (After a few times of asking you if you want to update, it just updates without asking.)
