I installed SD card from my last blu phone.I'm not sure that I don't need to do more. SD storage indicates only 2 apps and 1 In ever installed. I k ow there was more on that card. ( format and mount? ). I also went into developer options and think I may have changed something, just not sure what. Really don't want to do factory reset. I' m just learning where everything is. I am SO tech handicapped. Thank you for any help you're able to provide.
SD cards aren't really designed to run apps. You may have tried to move apps to SD card in your previous phone but only a small part of the app data is likely to have been moved. Your apps are therefore likely to be on your old advice in internal storage.

Not only are they probably on the device, only parts of them are on the device, and parts on the SD Card. Put the card back in the old phone, move the apps, one at a time, back to the phone, then copy them to a PC (App Backup &Restore= will make apk files of them).
