accidentally i deleted my all the system apps,how can i recover it?

last month i bought a phone lyf flame 5,i rooted it and accidentally i deleted all my system apps.Now i want to flash a custom rom on my phone but i am not getting a rom compatible with lyf flame 5.i am new to android,
please help me

Restore your backup that you should have made in your custom recovery right after rooting your device.

Lol... Some people... If you don't know how Android work then don't try to root or hack the device. Before you do that, you need to learn more about Android and take some video tutorials. I think I have sufficient knowledge of Android but I don't like to root it or hack ROMS because if affects the warranty and support. Now if you want to hack or root a $50 dollars phone to experiment, that's fine.
